How to Make Basic Japanese Curry
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 4 tbsp Curry Powder Mix
- ½ potato
- ā onion
- ¼ carrot
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Ā Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. SautĆ© the onion until softened, then add the potato and carrot and cook for another 2ā3 minutes.
- Add 150 ml of water and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
- Turn off the heat, dissolve this product in another jug or cup with 150 ml of water, add to the pot, and mix well.Ā
- Return the pot to the heat and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 7ā10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
